These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of chauffeuremirates.com and all chauffeur and limousine services provided by Chauffeur Emirates ("we", "us", "our") in the United Arab Emirates. By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide private chauffeur-driven car hire, including airport transfers, corporate travel, wedding chauffeur service, hourly hire, limousine service, hotel transfers, intercity transfers, night-out, shopping, and city-tour services — 24 hours a day, across all seven UAE emirates.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made through our website forms, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing (message or email) with the trip details and price.
- Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us immediately about any errors.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are quoted and confirmed before your trip — the confirmed price is fixed and will not change unless you change the trip (route, duration, vehicle, or stops).
- Quotes are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include standard tolls and charges unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due as agreed at booking — by card, bank transfer, or cash to the chauffeur, as confirmed with you. For corporate accounts, monthly invoicing may apply.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- 24 hours or more before pickup: free cancellation, full refund of any prepayment.
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the confirmed fare applies.
- Less than 12 hours before pickup, or no-show: the full confirmed fare applies.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- To cancel, message or call us on the number you booked with — the cancellation time is when we receive your message.
5. Waiting time
- Airport pickups: 45 minutes of complimentary waiting after the actual landing time (we track your flight).
- All other pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting after the agreed time.
- Additional waiting is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup details, contact number, and flight information.
- Be ready at the agreed time and location; inform us promptly of delays.
- Standard luggage is included — please tell us in advance about oversized items (sports equipment, extra bags) so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
- Child seats are available on request — please request when booking.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and behaviour that endangers the chauffeur or vehicle are not permitted. We may end a trip immediately in such cases, with the full fare still due.
7. Our liability
- We aim for punctual, safe service, but we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including traffic, road closures, weather, or flight disruptions.
- Our total liability for any booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
8. Changes to bookings
You may request changes (time, vehicle, route) subject to availability; price adjustments will be confirmed before we proceed. We may substitute an equivalent or higher-category vehicle where necessary.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.
